Long long ago, there was a little village on an oasis in a very hot windy Arabian desert, with infinite sand dunes and burning golden sunsets. Time seemed to stand still there. At that place, warm wind blew through ancient olive trees when the village’s women turned aromatic spices, green vegetables and fresh meat into savory dishes in their kitchens. Every evening, under the starry sky, happy families gathered under the lanterns. It was the time for a cozy dinner when parents told stories to their children.

As time went by, the social and industrial development swept away those precious blissful moments. Peaceful fertile lands grew weary. Our forgiving Mother Earth turned hostile. Mindless daily routines gradually replaced habits of love that we were so familiar with. As the descendants of those families in deserts, we genuinely desire to restore the love and care for nature and for one another of the good old days.
